How do Wire-Watchers work?
Wire-Watchers are a form of high voltage cable detection. An aerial is mounted on the outside of a vehicle which detects the presence of overhead power lines or cables. Once detected, it transmits a signal to the vehicle displayed as a warning light and/or a siren. This gives the operator the foresight to respond safely to avoid accidents.
